How do I care for my items? 

Regular dusting/wiping with a damp cloth. Direct contact with the sun, overtime will fade the  colour of the product and tarnish the material as it is natural 

 

What is the delivery process? 

Once you have placed your order you can select warehouse pick up or delivery. Depending on  stock levels (availability) and option selected you can expect your items to arrive within 2-3 weeks  of ordering. 

 

Where are the products made?

The products are all handmade in Indonesia. 

 

How much is shipping?

Free shipping for the Adasa Candle Set Australia wide. Flat rate of $100 for all other Australian orders. We also offer local pick up from the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

If you are purchasing from overseas, unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.

 

Are the items ethically sourced? 

Yes, the items are hand crafted and made in Indonesia by local artisans and craftsmen. 

 

There is slight variation in the items I purchased, is this normal? 

Yes, as all items are handmade each piece is unique. Whilst we aim for consistency throughout,  we cannot guarantee all items will be identical. This is the beauty of handmade. 

 

Can I use Afterpay? 

Yes, you our methods of payment include Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay.

 

Can I return my items? 

Only faulty or damaged product may be returned and are subject to prior authorisation by ELSIAN home, at its discretion. Any returns must be made within 7 days of receiving goods.  ELSIAN home does not issue refunds. In certain circumstances we may authorise an exchange  or refund. In the circumstances ELSIAN home accepts an exchange or refund, a 15% restocking fee of goods will apply. All items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging with a pre approved furniture courier. If damage is incurred by a courier in the return process, that is not an  approved furniture courier, ELSIAN home cannot be held liable and credit/exchange will not be issued. 

 

What if my goods arrive damaged?
